As a male / female team, we have a vast skill set across all elements of the fitness industry. We have helped numerous clients to achieve their goals and have experience coaching all ages and abilities.

In order to support our clients necessary outcome, it's imperative we (as coaches) learn the best way to support each clients needs on a personal 1:1 basis. We're extremely proud to have created a client base who are proud to be apart of our team!

JAMES CURTIS

Since I can remember I have loved being active, fitness is something I have never lost motivation for and I am always willing to give it my all. Despite remaining active I have not always been healthy. 


Like many people I struggled with weight at a young age, being dangerously underweight for many of my teenage years, despite my best efforts to gain weight I simply could not achieve my goal.

 

Because of this I fully understand what it is like to have a negative body image and I have committed myself to helping others achieve their goals and feel comfortable within themselves.  Whether it's losing weight, building muscle or just trying to become slightly more active I have the skill set and knowledge to get you exactly where you want to be.  

​

My specialist areas include compound movements / weight training, preparation for fitness competitions, supporting clients throughout injury rehabilitation, as well as various work related fitness tests.

BETHANY BOULTON

With a background dancing professionally around the world, I'm no stranger to putting your body through rigorous training; often for up to 9 hours a day during dance school! 

​

I found myself part of an industry that often promoted dangerous nutrition & body image standards and upon exiting the industry, I vowed to repair this mindset & fell in love with studying nutrition and weight training in the gym.

 

Specialising in weight training and flexibility coaching, I have supported a vast client base with confidence in the gym environment, executing good form / technique and educating others how to fuel their bodies correctly.

​

My relationship with fitness, like many women, has been a difficult cycle of food restriction and exercising for the wrong reasons. I now take pride in supporting people throughout this pivotal change in their health & fitness journey. I look forward to helping you achieve this level precision within your training.

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance

  • Diploma in Dance Instruction & Education 

  • Level 2 Nutrition

  • Mental Health Awareness for Sport & Physical Activity
