Consultation Process

Lasting between 30-45 minutes, the consultation process is an ideal chance to see the facilities and meet the team.

Clients will be given a full tour of both the main gym as well as the private personal training studio. From here, we'll have a short informal discussion about goals, packages and plans moving forward. Stats & health check available should this be of interest.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to get to know the coaches as well as us getting to know you! - Free of chrage.

1:1 Personal Training

Perfect for those who wish to benefit from extra support and guidance on a 1-1 basis. Sessions are designed with each client in mind in order to support their desired outcome & goals.

 

These sessions can take place either within the main gym facility or the private personal training studio - no monthly gym membership needed in order to become a part of our client base.

Looking to train up for a military fitness test? lose weight? gain muscle? compete in a fitness event?

 Our team have the skill set to support you on this journey in a safe, friendly and sustainable way.

Bulk booking discounts available - to be discussed during the consultation process.

1:1 Stretch & Flexibility Coaching

Lead by Coach Bethany, these 30 minute 1:1 sessions are perfect for those who wish to pay closer attention to their flexibility and mobility under a highly experienced & watchful eye.

With clients ranging from teenage years to late 70's, I've had the privilege of working with clients with a vast range of personal goals. Whether you'd like to get up & down a little easier, achieve an over-split or you'd like better range of motion in your resistance training....I've got you!

Group Classes

Enjoy private and personalised group classes designed to meet the needs of those attending.

Far from a 'one size fits all' class, we have a range of group sessions on our timetable to suit beginners to advanced. Carb Nations group coaching ensures a rewarding workout experience for all.

Ladies Only

Open to all abilities, this group meets twice weekly within the in the private training studio. Sessions consist of an hour workout followed by 30 minutes stretch and mobility work.

Carb Nation are unbelievably proud to have supported and created a safe fitness environment for ladies of all fitness backgrounds, ages and abilities. Alterations and adaptations available for those who may need it.

Monday: 10:30-12:00

Wednesday: 9:30-11:00

Intermediate Groups

With 3 weekly groups, members who attend these sessions will focus on a mixture of functional fitness, weighed elements and cardiovascular endurance.

​

Expect a challenging session each week under the watchful eyes of your coach.

​

Monday: 6:00-7:00pm - Coach James

Wednesday: 06:00-07:15am - Coach Bethany

Friday: 06:15-7:30am - Duo Coaching

 

*Also open to non-gym members.
